Coconut Cream Pie

4 servings

Ingredients:
1 pkg. Sugarfree Coconut Jello pudding mix.
1 3/4th C. low carb milk
1 cup Adkins almond cereal
8 TBS extra creamy cool whip
Optional: chopped nuts - 8Tbs.
unsweetened coconut- 8Tbs.


Preparation Method:

In medium mixing bowl mix jello pudding and low carb milk till thickened. In food chopper, pour in 1 cup of adkin's almond cereal and chop till the consistancy of graham cracker crust.

Once cereal is chopped add two tablespoons butter and mix.

In small individual serving containers, place 1/4 the adkins cereal mix and press into bottom to form a crust.

Next pour 1/4th of the pudding mix and layer evenly.

Next top with 2 tablespoons of the cool whip, and srinkle nuts and coconut on top of cool whip generously.

refrigerate immediately for 1 hour before serving.

NO more than 5 grams
