Grilled Pineapple with cocunut ice cream

Ingredients:
1 ripe pineapple - peeled, cored
1/2 stick unsalted butter
6 packets sugar substitute
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
vanilla-coconut ice cream


Preparation Method:

Prepare a medium grill.

Cut pineapple into 1-inch thick rings.

In a small saucepan or microwave safe bowl, melt butter.

Mix in sugar substitute and cinnamon. Brush pineapple rings with mixture.
