Spicy Tomato and Garlic Soup

2 servings

1 tin plum tomatoes
1 large red onion
2 tsps garlic granuels
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon barbecue sauce
2 tsps wholegrain mustard
salt and black pepper

Preparation Method:
Using low fat oil spray, fry off the onions and garlic until soft.
Add tomatoes and rest of the ingredients and simmer for 8 minutes.
Blend until smooth.
