LowCarb Sauerkraut Salad

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups sauerkraut (I prefer Vlasic)
1/2 lbs hot (or mild) country sausage (I prefer Tennessee Pride)
8 oz (1 package) cream cheese (I prefer Philidelphia brand)


Preparation Method:

Crumble sausage into skillet and pan fry until brown.

Add sauerkraut to skillet and continue to cook until kraut gets golden edges.

Add to mixing bowl with cream cheese and mix. Salt and pepper to taste.

This is very good hot or cold!
Carbs:
3 or 4 net carbs per 1/2 cup.
