Chicken And Water Chestnut Salad

about 5 servings

preconditions: Preheat oven to 350

Ingredients:
2 cups diced chicken boiled
1 can sliced water chestnuts
2 cans cream of chicken soup
3/4 cup of chopped celery
2 Tbsp chopped onion
3/4 cup of mayonaisse
2 cups crushed pork rinds
1 cup chopped pecans


Preparation Method:

Mix all ingredients in baking dish.

Leaving 1 cup of crushed pork rinds and 1/2 cup pecans aside.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Half way through baking time. Pour remaining pork rinds and pecans over top of dish.

Bake remaining time.
