4-6 servings

One head of cauliflower
1/4 cup minced celery
1/4 cup of minced onion
1/4 cup of minced green pepper and/ or red pepper
1/2 tsp yellow mustard
1/2 cup of mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 tsp of vinegar
1 tsp Splenda (or more to taste)
One or two boiled eggs
1/2 tsp - 1 tsp of pickle relish
dillweed (pinch or two)
celery seed (pinch or two)
Garnish with paprika

Preparation Method:
Boil the cauliflower in a small amount of water or steam until nearly soft.
Drain well.
Mix other ingredients together.
Refrigerate until thoroughly chilled. (Tastes even better the next day)
Very low carbs - count only pickle relish and cauliflower to obtain actual amounts
