Pork and Veggie Packets

4 servings

1 pound pork tenderloin, sliced
2 cups broccoli florets
2 cups sliced carrots
1 can slices water chestnuts, drained
1 medium Green bell pepper, julienne
2 green onions, sliced
¼ cup light soy sauce
4 teaspoons sesame oil
1 teaspoon ground ginger

Preparation Method:
Diving pork, broccoli, Carrots, water chestnuts, and onions evenly among 4 pieces doubles heavy duty foil.
Combine the soy sauce sesame oil and ginger; drizzle over pork and veggies. Fold foil around filling and seal tightly.
Grill Covered, over medium heat for 8-10 minutes or until veggies are tender and pork no longer pink. Serve with rice if desired.
