Quick Pizza Dough
preconditions: Preheat oven 425 degrees
I get 2 pizza\'s from this recipe
|2 cups vital wheat gluten|
2 tsp. B. Powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp guar gum
2/3 cup milk (I make milk from no sugar powdered milk or coffee creamer and water)
1/4 cup oil
- Mix dry ingredients together, add liquid ingredients, stir till mixture leaves sides of bowl. gather dough together and press into a ball, knead 4 times. Separate into 2 balls. Let stand 5 minutes.
- Gluten flour is different to work with, I put one ball in between stretch wrap and roll out slowly till the size you want.
Take the top layer of stretch wrap off and pick up the bottom layer and turn over into pan smaller than dough, so the dough will be up the sides. Or just put on pizza pan. I use the lowest carb pizza sauce I can find.
- Then I add already cooked sausage, pepperoni, cheese, green peppers, onions, You make your choices of what you want on your pizza. You can also make a vegetable pizza, Put olive oil on dough, then cut up broccoli, cut up cauliflower, then add low carb ranch dressing then mozzerlla cheese.
- Cook 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
One cup of gluten flour is 24 carbs.
The rest depends on what you put on your pizza.
