Lasagne Noodles

4 servings

preconditions: Preheat your oven to300°F-150°C.

6 eggs -- separated
1/2 tsp cream of tartar
6 tbsp cottage cheese
2 tsp butter -- melted
your favorite spaghetti sauce
cooked ground beef
ricotta or cottage cheese
grated mozzarella cheese

Preparation Method:
Separate eggs, careful to keep the yolk from the white. Add cream of tartar to egg whites and beat until stiff. Whisk together the egg yolks, cottage cheese, and butter. Carefully fold 1/4 of the mixture at a time into the egg whites.
Spread the mixture into two separate greased pyrex baking dishes. Bake until set. On top of one spread your sauce, cooked beef, and cottage or ricotta cheese. Carefully loosen the second "noodle" from the other pan and place on top of the stack. Add more sauce, beef, and mozarella cheese. Return to oven and bake until the cheese is melted and a little brown.
