Taco salad

4 servings

preconditions: preheat oven 350

Ingredients:
1# ground beef
1 package taco seasoning
16oz. shredded sharp chedder cheese divided
lettuce
tomatoe
olives (I prefer salad olives)
sour cream (optional)
salsa


Preparation Method:

Take 8oz. of the shredded sharp chedder and divide into 8 piles on a ungreased cookie sheet. Leaving enough room for the cheese to melt.

Cook until crispy (these are your "taco chips"). Remove from oven and let cool about 10 minutes. Cook groung beef until brown, drain and add taco seasoning following the directions on package.

Chop up your lettuce and tomatoe put aside. To serve slightly crumble up your cheese crisps and place them on the plate.

Top with your other ingredients.
