Pepper Steak StirFry

4 servings

preconditions: Wok or Deep Chicken Fryer type SkilletOriental

Ingredients:
1 pound Sirloin or Round Steak

1/2 bag of Birdseye Stir-fry Peppers

1 Jar Heinz Beef or Mushroom Gravy

1/4 cup Soy Sauce

8-oz. can sliced Mushrooms

1/4 tsp. freshly ground Black Pepper

2 Tbsp. Olive Oil


Preparation Method:

Heat Olive Oil over medium-high heat in your wok or pan. When nice and hot add steak you have sliced paper thin while it is half frozen.

When steak has lost it's pinkness, add stir-fry peppers and mushrooms. Keep stir-frying until most of the water moisture has evaporated.

Add gravy, soy sauce and black pepper. Cover pan and simmer 5 minutes. Serve in bowls or on dinner plates.

Add a salad and yum, dinners ready.
