1lb groud beef
1 cup shreeded cheddar cheese
bag of spicy or Reg. Pork Rinds
1 onion chopped
olives (opitional)
sour cream (options)
salt/pepper/chilli power to season as you like

Preparation Method:
Cook beef, season and drain, lay out pork rinds on a large plate or platter, spoon beef onto pork rinds, top with cheese and onion then microwave for 40 sec to melt cheese, add olives and enjoy.
4-8 carbs depending on if you add sour cream and onion
