Cold Taco Salad

6 servings

preconditions: you will refrigarate this dish for approximitlly 3 hours before serving.

Ingredients:
1lb ground beef or turkey
1 taco seasoning mix
1 16oz container of sour cream
1 8oz package of cream cheese
1 whole bottle of orteaga mild taco sauce(do not use salsa it will be runny)
1 cup shreaded lettece over top
1 cup of shreaded cheader cheese
1 small tomato diced


Preparation Method:

Brown ground beef ot turkey and rinse i cold water.

mix in taco seasoning ( do not add water) In a medium bowl mix cream cheese and sour cream get out a 9x11 cake pan you will use layers

cream cheese and sour cream mixture

taco meat mixture

pour 1 bottle of taco sauce over meat

spread shreaded lettece over meat

spread 1 cup of cheader cheese over lettece

put diced tomato on top
Carbs:
aprox 6 per serving.
