Chelsea's meatloaf

2-3 servings

preconditions: 400 degrees

1 egg, 1 cup pork grinds
1/4 cup tomatio sauce
1/2 cup cheese
1/4 cup onion
1/4 cup parmesian cheese
a pound and a half of turkey or beef

Preparation Method:
Combine all ingredients together(beat egg by itself, than add)
Crush pork grinds than add, shape into a flat loaf, and add parmesian cheese to top.
Cook 1 hour.
