Rusty Lodge's Famous Low Carb Pancakes

4 servings

Ingredients:
1 cup whole wheat flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamin
1 teaspoon coriander *
1 teaspoon tumeric *
3 eggs
2 tablespoons peanut butter *

* these ingredients make these pancakes both unique and delicious


Preparation Method:

Mix the whole wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and spices

In a separate bowl, mix the eggs and peanut butter

Slowly add the egg, peanut butter mixture to the dry ingredients, stirring all the time

Pour 1/2 inch thick onto a microwave-safe dish

Microwave on High for 2 minutes per pancake

Serve immediately with sugar-free jelly and peanut butter
Carbs:
6 per serving (two pancakes)
