Grilled Veggies

2-4 servings

preconditions: Wash and cut up veggies.

Ingredients:
2 green peppers
1 red onion
1 pkg. sliced mushrooms
1 zucchini sliced
2 tomatoes
Italian Salad dressing


Preparation Method:

Slice up all the veggies and put them in a foil grill pan.

Coat with dressing and grill until the veggies are slightly scorched, or done to your liking.
Carbs:
I am not sure of how many carbs, but it is low.
